GOW-MAC Instrument Co performs Warranty Repairs on instruments still under the 1 year warranty. We also perform repair, service, and maintenance on instruments and analyzers that are 15 years old and less.

When requesting assistance with your instrument, please provide the Serial #, Model #, and a description of the problem.
Prior to sending your instrument back, please complete the Health and Safety Form and return it to us. (Button Above)
After the H&S is approved, we require a purchase order or credit card # for the diagnostics portion of your repair. We will then send you a Return Authorization Number with shipping instructions.
